Had late tea with my little “niece” (a very good family friends youngest daughter who really likes me) and my aunt. We ordered this intended to be pavlova or meringue or some confused mix. It looks beautiful like a yellow cloud! Lol it has egg yolks in it which explains the lack of form and crunch on the outer layer. I didn’t eat any of it, but I did finish a plate of woof of ear fungus salad,sounds funky no? Looked funky! Tasted…? Fresh and delicious,chewy with what I’d describe a natural rubbery texture. I forgot to take a photo of it before eating but it’s not as impressive as confused egg dessert above.
